Student Membership is available to students enrolled in an undergraduate forensic science
program, a related discipline, or a master’s or PhD programme who want to enhance their
academic experience and career prospects. Membership provides valuable opportunities for
professional development, networking, and recognition. It also allows students to engage directly with leading forensic specialists through conferences, workshops, and seminars. No prior work experience in the field is required to apply for Student Membership.

Transition After Graduation
After graduation, student members are granted a one-year grace period to secure
employment in the forensic field. If employment is secured within this period, the member
can apply to upgrade to Regular Membership.
How to Apply
1. Complete the online application form. Full details of the application process are available
on the form.
2. Provide proof of registration at a recognized post-secondary institution, confirming your
course of study, along with an up-to-date CV.
3. Applications are reviewed by the Membership Committee and submitted to the Executive
Board of for approval.
